Okinawan crafts and contemporary art are on display at the annual regional art festival, the Yanbaru Art Festival, which is held in the northern part of Okinawa's main island. The Okinawan tableware yachimun is especially popular among these works, and creative dishes made from Kyoto ingredients are arranged on these works.
The video was shot at Hygge, a renovated 150-year-old townhouse in Shimabara, Kyoto, using ceramics from three different pottery studios: Togei Tamaki, Ken Sugawara, and Fukagai Kobo.
