Notes
[Comedy] Tamae Urano (18), a high-school student living in Saitama City, aspires to become a horror film director some day. She unexpectedly receives an offer to direct a promotional video for Saitama City. She plans to make a video in the form of a horror film and begins production, but faces a tough time because of disputes between the Urawa, Omiya and Iwatsuki districts of the city. Will Saitama unite as one team?

Saitama City lies in the south-eastern part of Saitama Prefecture and houses the prefectural office.
In olden times, it developed as a station town on Nakasendo Road. At present, it is a transportation hub of eastern Japan, where five shinkansen lines, including Tohoku and Joetsu lines, and many local JR and private railway lines connect.
This city was formed by joing the old cities of Urawa, Omiya and Yono in May 2001 and became the 13th ordinance-designated city on April 1, 2003.
It became a core city of the Kanto region after merging with the old Iwatsuki city on April 1, 2005 and continues to develop even today.

| Directer's Profile | Born in 1984 in Shiga Prefecture, Shinichiro Ueda started making films from his junior high school days and studied film-making by himself afterwards. Films directed by him have won 46 awards at film festivals and other events including 20 Grand Prix prizes. Major works include Neapolitan, Take8, 4 Stories with a Cat Cat Mamma, Confession Ranking of Girlfriend and Dreaming Novelist among others. His latest work is a feature film Kamera o Tomeru na, scheduled for release in June 2018.
This is a community-based movie prodcued in cooperation with people of Saitama city. I wanted to make a film showing what I want to show along with presenting the attractions of Saitama. I wanted to make a movie with a lot of blood, but was not sure if that was possible, finally deciding to base the film on my own current circumstances. That is how this came to be a film on how a movie director ended up making a bloody film upon receiving the request to make a promotional video for Saitama city.
