Kunigamison is located in the northernmost of Okinawa. In the Yanbaru forest, elementary school student Manabu takes his friends Yuna and Hana, and his grandfather Mayor Masahide Ojii who hit his head only to lose his memory except when he was a 5 year old to protect the Okinawa rail. The mayoral inauguration day approaches for Deputy Mayor Maeda who wants to demolish the Okinawa rail facilities to build a resort hotel. The problems continue to pile up as the TV news reports that poachers are in the area... without even a clue as how to proceed, Manabu and his friends face a difficult challenge. Then one day, magazine writer Matsuda and photographer Yano learn of the activities of Manabu and his friends,　come from Tokyo to interview them.
Gori's third film as director of a Local Origination Project film is a suspense comedy of "family love" set in Kunigamison. Will Manabu and his friends be able to save the Okinawa rail? And will the memory of Ojii return?
